Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders worldwide. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If there is a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional day or two. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option chosen:
Warehouse goods are usually shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (domestic), 10-20 business days (international)
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days (domestic), 5-10 business days (international)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially during peak periods.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with various carriers to ensure the quickest and most reliable delivery. Carriers include Packeta / Zásielkovňa, GLS courier, Slovak Post courier, and local postal services, depending on your location.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are not included in the shipping costs. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office to determine what additional costs may apply before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Lost, Damaged or Discrepancy Items

The buyer is required to take delivery of the goods from the carrier. We recommend checking the integrity of the packaging, the number of packages, and in case of discrepancies, contact the seller immediately. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if your package is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@seheiah.eu. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Undeliverable Packages

If the goods listed in the order are not in stock, the buyer will be informed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the package was unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees to resend the package.

Payment Proof

An invoice or tax document will be inserted in the package or delivered by email.
