How it works
Microbiome Analysis
You will receive a test kit for your dog. Follow the simple instructions to collect a stool sample and send it to our laboratory. Once the analysis is complete, you will receive a detailed report on your dog’s gut flora and overall digestive health.
Collect a sample
Prepare the test tube. Gently twist and remove the swab from the test tube. Insert the tip of the swab into the stool sample — just enough to moisten it. Avoid overloading; a light sample is sufficient for testing. Immediately place the swab back into the test tube. Do not lay it down or place it anywhere else to avoid contamination. Seal the test tube, place it in the bag, close the box with the stickers, and put it in the bubble envelope.
Send it to the Laboratory
Take the package to any Packeta.sk drop-off point and provide the return code: 91509653. The Packeta.sk staff will print the shipping label for you and send the package to our company. You will receive your report via email within 30 days at the latest, once we receive your sample.
